we rescued one bolt of this deadstock quilted magic, with the knowledge that there is no way to get any more. once this fabric is gone, she gone. the edges are bound with chocolate brown, it's lined with solid black, and the closures are classic silver halo snaps.
to counter the excitement of the fabric, we decided to keep the fit super basic, and went with the exact drafted pattern of the super popular "trucker vest". it's an easy, well-worn fit.
boxy, slightly cropped fit with slit sides, attached only under armpit. meant to fit roomy, with the option of layering.
