land acknowledgement and inclusivity statement

we, at tony chestnut, acknowledge that we are located on the lands located in the Treaty 1 territory and on the original lands of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Metis Nation.

it is our statement to make (so that there is no confusion), that we support equality for all. be there no discrimination to any race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, nor ability.

we will continue to learn how we can do our absolute best to enforce that whatever space we take up, whether online or in person, creates an inclusive experience for all.

we have been in the industry of creating functional and wearable beauty. we recognize that true beauty can only exist in a space of acceptance and empowerment-- and it has been our job to promote these ideals, in a small way, through our clothing.

we stand as allies with the Black Lives Matter movement, and the ongoing movement towards reconciliation for the Indigenous peoples of Canada.
