this dress is basically a hybrid of 3 of my all time favourite tony chestnut dresses from the last 10 years. In my opinion, it has the perfect loose silhouette (including that great split peplum, to access your pockets), the perfect amount of “smallness” up top (which balances the full skirt so nicely), and I just couldn’t help myself but to play with unusual colour blocking in the bodice… because every dress, no matter how pretty, needs a sense of humour.
it’s great to wear on its own, or to layer something underneath for more of a jumper style.
