this blouse is very nice. initially, we made this blouse with the idea of it simply being a good collar to have popping out of whatever was worn over top. but... we've fallen in love with the classic, slightly swingy shape of the shirt (and that fabric!), and might even love it worn on its own a little better.
made out of a cotton poplin with a sateen weave, this shirt has just the right amount of structure, a tiny bit of stretch, and a charming amount of sheen.
the sleeves and shoulders are intended to fit straight and slightly fitted, and the bodice is fuller, with just the slightest bit of swing.
features a felted pompom detail around the edges of the collar, and silver halo snaps down centre front.
